ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

The 2009 annual general meeting of the members of Goldsearch Limited will be held in the Sir James Fairfax Room at the Radisson Plaza Hotel, 27 O’Connell Street, Sydney NSW 2000 on Monday 30 November 2009 at 11am. A formal notice of meeting and proxy form is enclosed separately with this report. Light refreshments will be served at the conclusion of the meeting.
